Sorry about the blurry pictures, if I don't take them in a few minutes my camera tells me it's out of power.

Thanks! I drilled/milled a hole in some wood and glued in a chip from a flash drive. I wrap the chip in Kapton tape (non electrically conductive tape ) first just in case the glue messes it up. They are said to be dust proof though so I think it's probably okay. It's very hard to fit the USB connector into the lid end though as you have to perfectly file the wood down to just the right size. It can take ages which is why I stopped doing them.
